Terms and Conditions

Linen:

Linen is included. The beds will be made up with sheets, duvets and pillowcases when you arrive. We provide one hand towel and one bath towel per bed per week.

Babies:

We have a cot which is suitable for children up to two years of age (We provide a mattress but not bedding for the cot)

Health and Safety:

Our buildings were made to standards of earlier ages, without the intention that they should be lived in so you may encounter features that reflect their particular character. Please appreciate and use the buildings with this understanding.

Please read the information folder on arrival and familiarise yourself with the building and surroundings. 

Smoking:

In response to the overwhelming preference expressed by guests, we would ask you not to smoke in our buildings.

Pets

Where dogs are permitted then a maximum number of two dogs shall apply and only well trained dogs are permitted on condition that they are not allowed upstairs, on the furniture, and especially the beds, nor left unattended in the accommodation.
